Newly renovated in 2022, Pantai Indah Villa is a wonderful holiday retreat located amidst the picturesque seascapes of Pererenan Beach, which is just around the corner. Perfectly suited for families and groups of friends, its 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom for kids comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 4 children. Take in the soothing lullaby of waves crashing against the nearby shore. Enjoy glorious sunsets and indulge in a variety of water sport adventures like surfing.

Standing three storeys high, the villa’s undisputed heart is its 7-metre private pool, which is neighboured by tropical gardens. Take a refreshing dip or simply curl up with your favourite book on one of the 3 poolside lounge chairs and 2 bean bags. Pool towels, pool toys and maintenance are included in your booking. You can request a pool fence to ensure maximum safety (Available at an additional cost). A perfect vantage point to savour ocean views is the rooftop lounge area. Cosy up on its ample sofas and hobnob with your loved ones. Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga session in the open air on the yoga deck.

Stepping in, you’re greeted by a charming pond with colourful  koi and arowana fish.  A stylish, functional kitchen is available, with a host of appliances. These include a fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea pot, stove, electric kettle and an oven. 

The dining area is one of the most striking features of the villa, with eclectic wall hangings and vibrant hues adding a dash of whimsy to the room. Settle down on the bar stools and enjoy a laid-back evening of cocktails. For unforgettable meal times, gather around the 10-seater indoor dining table and dig into delectable Asian and Western flavours made by your private chef. Alternatively, experience a change of scenery in the semi-outdoor dining area.

The fully air-conditioned living area is perfect for a relaxing time. Boasting contemporary designs, natural colour palettes and ethno-chic artworks, it oozes easy-going glamour. Opening onto the poolside, its large sliding doors allow a profusion of natural light. Settle down on the comfy couches and watch your favourite shows on the flat screen Smart TV. This includes streaming services like Netflix and an impressive sound system. Challenge your friends and family to board games or pick an interesting read from the well-stocked library. If you’re working remotely, there is a dedicated workspace and high-speed free internet.

All four bedrooms exude tranquillity and feature AC, blackout curtains, safety deposit boxes and wardrobe cabinets. Three of them are located on the first floor. Out of these, one is the kids’ room, which comprises a bunk bed (with a queen bed at the bottom and single bed on top). 

The remaining two bedrooms boast a king bed with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, each of the two bedrooms has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Daily turn-down services ensure optimum cleanliness. Except for the kids’ room, all the bedrooms have their own dressing table and ensuite bathroom. These bathrooms are equipped with an indoor rain shower and/ or a bathtub.
